Carpenter

Dellwood Constructions Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an experienced Carpenter to join our close-knit, high-performing team. Specialising in custom renovations and extensions across the Gold Coast, you'll have the chance to work on projects you'll be proud to call your own. With a strong pipeline of exciting work ahead, we're looking for a talented carpenter to help us continue delivering outstanding results as our team grows.

You'll engage in carpentry work on a variety of projects, from kitchen and bathroom renovations to full-home transformations. You'll work closely with the rest of our team, and under our Director, to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered to the highest standard.

• Annual salary: $98,800

Task & responsibilities

• All aspects of carpentry work including fix outs, framing, door and window hanging, skirting, cladding, and finishes
• Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Reading and interpreting plans to deliver precise and detailed work
• Supporting apprentices and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, the team, and Director

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Your own transport and full toolset
• 2+ years post-trade experience in renovations/extensions strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans
• White Card and valid driver's licence
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
• A can-do attitude with leadership potential
