Join a leading global financial services provider in their Rhodes-based contact centre, taking inbound calls and assisting customers with general enquiries and information.
This is a long-term temporary opportunity through until 30 June 2027, ideal for experienced contact centre professionals looking to grow their career within financial services.
The contact centre operates on a rotating roster:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
You will work a 5-day week and complete a weekend shift approximately every 6–8 weeks.
Full training is provided, including:
- 2 weeks classroom-based training
- 2–4 weeks supported floor training to apply your learning in a live environment
We are seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call centre experience within financial services is essential
- Strong understanding of call centre metrics, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Clear and confident communication skills with a genuine interest in building a career in banking and financial services
- Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a structured training environment with ongoing assessments
- Tech-confident and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
You must also be willing and able to complete:
- Police check
- Bankruptcy check
- Two manager-level references
