3 Quarters Topped Up Café is seeking an experienced Cafe / Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our busy café venue in East Perth. This is a full-time role suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership and operational skills.

Task & responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day café operations to ensure high service standards
• Supervising and rostering staff
• Training team members and maintaining performance standards
• Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitoring budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace regulations
• Handling customer service and resolving operational issues
• Assisting with menu planning and business development

Qualification & experience

• At least 2 years relevant management experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced service environment
• Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
