CAFE MANAGER / HEAD BARISTA – ROSEBERRY ST CAFE

After 2 great years under strong management, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Café Manager to join the team at Roseberry St Cafe.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads from the front. This role requires someone who is also highly proficient as a Barista and confident managing day-to-day café operations.

What we are looking for:

• Strong café management experience

• Exceptional barista skills and coffee knowledge

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Experience with rostering, ordering, and daily operations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

• Weekend availability is a must
