- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide consult to Chef to plan seasonal menus
- Handle supplier negotiations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Develop and implement operational policies and service procedures.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and innovation.
Qualification & experience
- Qualifications in hospitality management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant/café/hospitality management.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, food safety regulations, and WHS standards.
- Experience with rostering software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
