- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and cutting lists
- Factory assembly of residential and commercial cabinetry
- Using hand and power tools
- Working with laminate, edging, curvature and fittings
- Operating machinery including panel saws, edge banders
- CNC operation (role dependent)
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Previous cabinet making or factory joinery experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Residential and/or commercial cabinetry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transport and good attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Trade qualification preferred
- $40–$44ph + Super + OT (company dependent)
- Immediate starts available
- Ongoing casual work with consistent hours
- Multiple factory roles available
