The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in all aspects of retail butchery including product knowledge, knife skills, food safety, and display preparation and presentation

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail butchery experience required

• A genuine focus on customer experience and quality service

• High standards of presentation and attention to detail

• Reliability, initiative and genuine pride in their work

• Integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic

• Great communication skills

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
