About the role

As the Business Development Manager at ORAFOL Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base in South Australia. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of the organisation and make a tangible impact within the Sales and New Business Development industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio

  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers

  3. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity

  4. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans

  5. Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals

  6. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences

  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

  8. Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the Signage industry

  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand customer needs

  5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software

  6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  7. Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is desirable
