About the Role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across high-end retail, boutique, spa, and lifestyle channels to expand Agence de Parfum’s market footprint in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with premium brand partners to drive long-term revenue and brand equity.
  • Conduct market and competitor research within the luxury fragrance and home scenting sector to uncover growth areas, consumer trends, and emerging brand opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives tailored to the unique positioning of each fragrance house in the Agence de Parfum portfolio.
  • Manage and lead marketing and education teams to deliver compelling brand activations, in-store experiences, and tailored training for retail partners.
  • Prepare and present polished business proposals, pricing structures, and market entry plans aligned with each brand’s identity and Agence de Parfum’s commercial objectives.
  • Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and client feedback to identify patterns, inform strategies, and report key insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring clear alignment with business goals, pricing integrity, and brand exclusivity requirements.
  • Represent Agence de Parfum at fragrance launches, trade fairs, and luxury retail events to strengthen industry presence and build strategic partnerships.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence, discretion, and authenticity in all client interactions and business dealings, in line with brand values.

The job will be full-time, with hours worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. 

Successful applicants would have:

  • Relevant bachelor degree of higher qualifications in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or sales and marketing, preferably within skincare, beauty, or luxury goods sectors or 3 years in lieu of formal qualifications.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth across diverse channels.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs within a competitive market environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the skincare and wellness industry, with a genuine passion for product education and innovation.
  • High level of commercial acumen and the ability to identify market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and brand opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
