Business Analyst – ServiceNow Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow implementation experience to join a major enterprise transformation program.
 
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners to support end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives across process improvement, requirements gathering, solution delivery, and business readiness.
 
Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience within enterprise transformation programs
• Strong documentation and process mapping capability
• Agile delivery experience preferred
