Broker Support Officer, Organisation and Methods Analyst

Key Responsibilities

·       Analyse existing organisational systems, processes, and trading desk workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

·       Develop, implement, and document new operational methods, procedures, and tools.

·       Evaluate business processes in line with market rules, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adoption of improved systems and processes.

·       Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management.

·       Lead or support projects introducing new platforms, automation, or process improvements.

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

·       Minimum 2-year of proven experience in organisational/process analysis, operational improvement, or business systems implementation, ideally in the General Insurance sector.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques highly regarded.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver improvements within agreed timeframes.
