The applicant must have experience with very high volume breakfast!

The right chef for this position must 

also -

- have a love for the hospitality industry

- be able to work quickly and work well pressure in a high volume environment

- be a passionate about food & be able to plate up food with great presentation 

- have at least 3 years or

  more experience in a similar role

- enjoy working early mornings and having nights off!

- be able to work well in a team

- have excellent hygiene practices

- be a team player and take pride in your work

- love what they do

- be a great communicator 

- be punctual & reliable

- be able the work in a very fast paced kitchen
