  • * We're seeking a **Bid Manager** to support the delivery of high-quality, consistent and compliant bids across Australia.

This role sits at the centre of our bidding activity, working closely with technical teams to coordinate proposals, manage timelines and ensure submissions are completed to a high standard.

  • *What you'll do** In this role, you'll work across a range of bids, supporting teams from initiation through to submission.

You'll focus on coordination, structure and quality - ensuring everything comes together smoothly and on time. You will:

  • Coordinate and manage bid activities, including timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Support the preparation of bids and proposals by organising inputs from technical teams
  • Schedule and facilitate bid meetings, including kick-offs and reviews
  • Track progress against deadlines and follow up on actions to keep submissions on track
  • Compile, format and proofread bid documents to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage document control, versioning and submission requirements
  • Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements and WSP processes
  • Use WSP templates, tools and systems to support structured and efficient bid delivery
  • Maintain organised records of submitted bids and supporting materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and lessons learned **About you** You're a well-organised and reliable bid or administration professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex tasks.

You're comfortable working to deadlines, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of accuracy across your work. You'll bring:

  • Experience in bids, administration, marketing, communications or proposal support
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
