We’re seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across QLD.
Depending on your experience and interests, you may work with:
Care Squared – supporting adults living with disability under the NDIS
Care Squared Kids – supporting children, young people, and families
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
BSP Registered Practitioners
Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
