Task & responsibilities

• Conducting client consultations, performing detailed skin analyses, and recommending appropriate skincare treatments along with professional makeup application and guidance.
• Delivering body spa services, including reflexology, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and pregnancy massage.
• Using threading techniques to effectively remove unwanted facial hair.
• Providing lash and brow services such as eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting for brows and lashes.
• Reviewing and assessing beauty therapy techniques, treatments, and products to ensure effectiveness and high client satisfaction.
• Offering expert advice on cosmetic products and assisting clients with selecting suitable products tailored to their individual needs.
• Managing client bookings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Qualification & experience

•  Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
•  Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
•  Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and makeup application.
•  Experience in eyebrow and eyelash treatments is highly desirable.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional salon environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
•  Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
