Beauty Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, assess skin type/condition, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Provide facial therapies, skin care treatments, and relaxation/body treatments including massage.
• Evaluate beauty therapy processes and contribute to continuous improvement
• Apply general and corrective make-up for clients.
• Deliver nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail repair, nail art, and application of artificial nails.
• Provide professional advice on and sell beauty and cosmetic products.
• Maintain accurate client records, handle bookings, and manage appointment schedules.
• Perform waxing, tinting, bleaching, depilation, and electrolysis for hair removal.

Qualifications & Experience

• AQF Certificate II or III in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
•  At least 1–3 years of relevant industry experience 
• Strong practical skills across a variety of treatments and therapies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
