About the role

We are seeking a talented Barista/Cafe all rounder to join our brand new team at Milkbar in Parramatta. We are looking to hire casual positions rotating over a seven day roster.

Your responsibilities will include -

Preparing hot and cold beverages

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Handling cash and card payments

Ensuring the cafe is kept clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times

Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role

Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and small team
