BARISTA (ANZSCO 431112)

We’re looking for a skilled Barista who prides themself on exceptional coffee craft and customer engagement.

Salary: AUD 71,600 to AUD 76,515 per year

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brew and serve specialty espresso and coffee beverages

  • Maintain and clean coffee equipment

  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests

  • Help manage stock at the coffee station

Selection Criteria:

  • 1–2 years of barista experience

  • Skilled with commercial espresso machines and grinders

  • Knowledgeable about coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art

  • Able to work quickly and precisely during peak times

  • Excellent communication and service skills
