We are growing and we are looking for a high-calibre senior AV support engineer to join our Sydney team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting senior users and taking ownership of service outcomes. You will provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated AV environments across leading customer sites in Sydney. You will work with a capable team, engage directly with customer stakeholders and help maintain reliable meeting room experiences in high-visibility environments.
What you will bring
At least 2 years of experience supporting corporate AV, unified communications or workplace technology environments.
Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technology.
Strong customer service skills and the confidence to support senior users in corporate or government environments.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving faults across audio, video, control and network-connected AV systems.
Ability to understand AV, network and building schematics.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong time management, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
A willingness to learn and apply new tools, technologies and processes quickly.
Ability to travel interstate if required and work flexible hours on occasion.
Desirable experience
Experience configuring or programming audio DSP equipment.
Networking knowledge relevant to AV and unified communications environments.
Hands-on experience with AV programming, configuration and fault diagnosis tools.
Experience with leading workplace technology vendors such as Cisco, Logitech, Yealink, Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Shure and Sennheiser.
Experience working with enterprise or government customers.
What you will do
Provide onsite and remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting room technology and integrated AV systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents across audio, video, control and connected network devices.
Support room functionality, user experience and service continuity across customer environments.
Work directly with users, customer IT teams and vendors to restore service quickly and maintain confidence.
Deliver user and administrator guidance where needed.
Escalate issues early when deeper technical support is required.
Keep tickets, updates and case notes current and clear so customers and internal teams know what is happening.
Stay up to date with relevant AV, collaboration and Microsoft Teams Rooms technologies.
