About the role

Join a highly regarded luxury automotive enterprise as an experienced Automotive Spray Painter, based at our state-of-the-art facility in Matraville, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality automotive paint finishes, contributing to the exceptional standards of our prestigious vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Meticulously prepare and prime vehicle surfaces for painting

• Expertly apply paint coatings to vehicles using the latest spray painting techniques

• Ensure a flawless, blemish-free finish on all painted surfaces

• Adhere to strict quality control procedures and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the wider Vehicle Refinishing team to meet production targets

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked spray booth

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a qualified Spray Painter in the automotive industry

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Proficiency in the use of the latest spray painting equipment and techniques and previous experience using the DUXONE system.

• Strong knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and finishing processes

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

• A keen eye for colour matching and a passion for perfection
