About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician/Electronics Installer to join our team at Audio Visual Security in Brunswick, VIC. As a full-time member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of a range of automotive electronic systems and components.

What you'll be doing

• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic systems in a variety of vehicles

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults

• Upgrading and retrofitting vehicles with new electronic accessories and equipment

• Providing exceptional installation

• Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Formal trade qualification as an Automotive Electrician

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in automotive electrical and electronics installation and repair

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• A current driver's licence

• Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
