Role: Associate ServiceNow Software Engineer
Contract Length: 12-months
Location: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex - 50% onsite

We're looking for an Associate ServiceNow Software Engineer to join a collaborative Digital Services team delivering and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions across critical business functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-to-mid level ServiceNow Developer to work on meaningful projects, build custom applications and gain exposure across a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Support and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Build and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by end users
• Collaborate with BAs, testers and developers to ensure quality delivery outcomes
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Essential

• Around 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience across ServiceNow development and administration
• Hands-on experience with the ITSM module
• Experience building Service Portals and workflows
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile or enterprise delivery environments

Nice to have

• Exposure to ITOM and/or ITAM modules
• Experience with Performance Analytics
• Experience working within large enterprise or government environments
