We are looking for a motivated, professional and people-focused Assistant Centre Manager to work directly alongside the owners in launching and growing the region’s first P3 Recovery centre in Warners Bay.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help shape the member experience, team culture and daily operations from day one. Available for an immediate start.
About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the centre while helping create the calm, premium and welcoming environment that defines the P3 Recovery experience.
Working closely with the owners, you will assist with:
Day-to-day centre operations
Staff recruitment, onboarding and team support
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Membership engagement and sales support
Maintaining premium presentation and facility standards
Assisting with local community activations and events
Building relationships with gyms, sporting clubs and allied businesses
Creating and participating in social media content
Typical Working Structure
Initially, you will be supporting the launch phase, including assisting with:
New staff setup and training
Community and sporting event activations
Local marketing initiatives
Centre launch activities
Upon the Centre opening, the role will primarily support afternoon and evening operations, while the owners manage morning operations and continue broader business development activities.
The roster is expected to include a consistent structure with two consecutive days off each week, while still offering flexibility where practical to support work-life balance and business needs.

Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, customer service or premium service environments will be highly regarded.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred; however, attitude, professionalism and cultural fit are equally important. Available for an immediate start.
