Scarboro Toyota is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our New Vehicle Sales Department

• Excellent customer sales and service skills - willingness to go beyond your normal duties to ensure the guest experience meets or exceeds expectations

• Process driven, proactive and team player

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to maximize opportunities from new and existing customers

• Identifying and exceeding our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service

• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge

• Understanding our customers objectives, buying criteria & decision-making processes

• Ability to generate and manage high volume of /leads

• An impressive attitude with a desire to achieve results

• A team player with "can do/fun" attitude
