About the Role

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will:

• Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service
• Lead, mentor, and inspire educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Build positive relationships with families and the local community
• Drive occupancy through engagement, communication, and local marketing
• Support the team to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a senior role
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of compliance, operations, and performance targets
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams
