Qualifications & experience

• Any years’ experience in the Gardening/Landscape Maintenance industry is a bonus

• Current drivers’ licence

• Experience operating range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment (eg Ride on mowers, push mowers, whipper snippers etc) is a bonus

• Ability to listen to instructions and carry out work as instructed

• Encourage other team members to work effectively together.

• Good time management and communication skills

• The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace

• A desire to provide a high quality commercial Landscape Maintenance / Gardening service

Tasks & responsibilities

• Working on site on various landscape maintenance jobs around Penrith and Western Sydney learning your trade

• 1 day a week TAFE course to qualify as Cert III in Parks & Gardens

• Regularly liaising with your Manager/Supervisor.

• Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.

• Role is project based on various sites, working with the team to ensure targets are met.

• Management of a variety of landscape maintenance tasks.
