Our client, Samsung Electronics, is looking for a motivated and technically minded Aircon Service Coordinator to drive service excellence across their regional repair network.
In this role, you’ll oversee service performance, support key partners, improve customer satisfaction and ensure repair operations align with business targets. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality service outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the service repair network to meet KPIs and customer service standards.
Conduct site visits, audits and performance reviews with retailers and authorised service partners.
Monitor repair processes, parts usage and long-pending jobs while driving operational improvements.
Support escalated customer issues and provide technical troubleshooting across key product categories.
Partner with internal teams to improve reporting, training, compliance and service delivery outcomes.
About You:
Experience in service operations, technical support or field service management.
Strong understanding of repair networks and customer service environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
Technical background within consumer electronics, appliances or HVAC highly regarded.
