You will be responsible for operating a range of farm machinery and equipment to support our crop production and land management activities. Your role will involve machinery operation, land preparation, crop cultivation, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone with experience working in broadacre farming or similar settings.

Operate tractors, harvesters, and other mobile farming equipment to support crop operations
Prepare fields through ploughing, tilling, and soil conditioning
Assist with seeding, fertilising, spraying, and harvesting activities
Monitor and adjust machinery settings for speed, depth, and output to maximise efficiency and avoid crop damage
Perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance of machinery
Maintain accurate records of work completed and machinery usage
Support safe and efficient operation across the farm during peak seasons
Proven experience operating agricultural machinery in a farm or horticultural environment
Ability to perform basic maintenance and identify mechanical issues
A current driver’s licence is essential; machinery or HR licence is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions
Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role
