We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Certificate III qualified Support Workers to join our growing team.
You will provide person-centred support to clients living independently in their own homes, assisting them to maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life within the community.
Personal care and daily living assistance
Social support and community access
Transport to appointments and shopping
Medication assistance (as qualified)
Domestic assistance and light household support
Supporting client independence and wellbeing
Accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Availability to work within a fortnightly rotating roster
Shifts scheduled between 7:00am – 6:00pm

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
Current Influenza Vaccination
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (where applicable)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
