We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Food Production Operator to join our afternoon shift team. In this role, you’ll support end-of-day production through batching, ingredient preparation, equipment operation, and cleaning activities to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support batching and production by preparing and weighing ingredients accurately.

• Complete cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas to food safety standards.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently following SOPs.

• Conduct quality checks and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.

• Perform basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues.

• Complete production records, batch sheets, and cleaning documentation accurately.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production flow and shift handovers.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment.

• Ability to work afternoon shifts (1:00pm – 9:00pm).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and follow procedures and safety requirements.
