An exciting opportunity is now available for a Trainee Aftercare Specialist to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway. Representing 13 new vehicle brands plus pre-owned vehicles, we are proud of our strong reputation, positive culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Role

As a key part of the customer journey, you will work closely with our Sales and Finance teams to deliver exceptional vehicle care solutions and support to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Presenting and selling a range of aftermarket products and protection options for vehicles.
✔ Supporting customers through all the stages of their vehicle purchase journey.
✔ Providing outstanding post-sale service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
✔ Working collaboratively within a high-performing dealership team.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to succeed.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence, resilience and a positive attitude.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
