We are currently hiring for two Administration Officer positions: one Program Support Administrator and one all-rounder Office Administrator.

Qualifications & experience
Experience in youth work/NDIS or community sector would be beneficial but not essential.
Australian Business Number (ABN) - subcontracting position.
Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
Paid blue card/Yellow card
Open Driver's license or Green Provisional 2 license
Current Police Check Clearance or willing to obtain.
Subcontracting means
This is a full-time, ongoing subcontracting position working with Frontline. You will submit weekly invoices for hours worked, and payment will be made upon receipt of your invoice. As an independent subcontractor, you will be responsible for managing your own tax obligations. We can answer any questions you have during the interview process
Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and comfortable with the invoicing and administrative process.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to residential care operations
Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
Prepare reports and administrative documents
Support senior management with ad hoc administrative tasks and coordination
Assist in HR tasks
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
Maintain financial and participant data records
Support cost tracking and reporting requirements
Assist with roster coordination and schedule updates
Liaise with staff regarding roster changes
Identify and communicate staffing gaps to management
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
Ensure data accuracy across systems
Support administrative systems and tools
Experience delivering administrative services (disability, community services, or healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of NDIS processes and requirements
Experience with claims processing and data management
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality
