We are a fast-growing provider of diagnostic health services dedicated to supporting veterans by facilitating medical assessments for medico-legal purposes. We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our diagnostic services, assisting with veteran coordination, data management, and office tasks.

The role

• Assist with data entry and processing veteran/s information.
• Assist with booking and confirming appointments.
• Assist with monitoring appointment book to ensure that Practitioners are fully booked.
• Assist with the facilitation of veteran referrals to external services.
• Assist with responses to website email and phone inquiries.

Requirements

• 3 years medical administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and patient management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Passionate about helping veterans
