Licences 4 Work are looking for Experienced Administration and Customer Service Officers to join our expanding Cardiff Training Site. The roles will report directly to the Branch Manager.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in on a Full-Time basis, which includes rotating Saturdays.

Your duties will include:

  • Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service

  • Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs

  • Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgments, contacting students

  • General office duties

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills 

  • Great time management skills

  • Sales experience - desired

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

  • Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team

If you have previous RTO experience, then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
