We are currently looking for a warm, organised and proactive Client Support Team Member to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping systems, communication and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will play an important role in supporting children and families throughout their therapy journey while working closely alongside our clinicians and leadership team.
About the Role
As part of our Client Support Team, you will help create a positive and welcoming experience for children, families and our wider community as one of the first points of contact. You will support the day-to-day administration of the business while building genuine relationships with the families and clinicians you work alongside.
This position involves a combination of:
Client communication and relationship building
Administration and scheduling support
Client onboarding and intake processes
Billing and invoicing support
File and document management
Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
General operational and office support
This position is a part-time position 25-30 hours a week based within our Kurri Kurri office. There is potential to move to a full time working week and can be discussed on application.
About You
You are someone who enjoys helping others and values being part of a supportive team. You are organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
You bring:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working within a busy and fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly and approachable nature
Initiative and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Confidence learning and using different software systems
Experience within allied health, medical administration, disability services or customer service.
Experience with NDIS administration, Medicare and Practice Management Systems is preferable.
