Accounts Receivable Officer — 6-Month Contract | Macquarie Park, NSW Up to $82,000 + superWe're partnering with a respected organisation in the aged care and healthcare sector to find an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate 6-month contract, with strong potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Based in Macquarie Park with a hybrid arrangement of three days on-site, this is a hands-on position where you'll own the full AR cycle, manage aged debt, and provide cross-functional support to the accounts payable team. Salary is offered up to $82,000 + super, commensurate with experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full accounts receivable cycle end-to-end
  • Proactive debt collection and aged debt management
  • Reconciling debtor accounts and resolving billing queries
  • Allocating and processing incoming payments accurately
  • Supporting accounts payable as needed
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Preparing AR reports and debtor ageing summaries
What we're looking for
  • Proven AR experience including debt collection
  • Exposure to accounts payable processes
  • Aged care or healthcare industry experience — essential
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, TechOne)
  • Immediately available or on short notice preferred
