Perth Plate and Reo is seeking a reliable and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our team in Midvale. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in administration, point of sale, stock control, and basic accounts functions. The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to progress into management role.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
Processing point of sale transactions and customer payments.
Raising invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
Performing accounts administration and data entry.
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
Supporting daily office and operational activities.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and order processing.
Assisting management with staff coordination and workflow.
General administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration and customer service
Experience using MYOB preferred
Basic accounts and invoicing knowledge
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on practical approach and willingness to assist where needed
Hardware or building supply industry experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
