This growing NFP business operate across NSW, employing over 3,000 staff state wide and turning over $500m+ supporting children and their families every single day. They've seen great success in recent years allowing them to go from strength to strength and continue to grow their presence across NSW. With a centralised operating model, they provide a shared service across their sites while upholding their deep rooted beliefs.

The Accountant role will report into a Financial Controller, manage a diverse client portfolio and support the business on key financial decisions. Duties will include:

• Maintenance of GL for each client under your portfolio

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

• Annual statutory financial statements

• Monthly management reporting in line with relevant accounting standards

• Analyse financial results and provide insightful analysis to key business partners

• Build & maintain strong working relationships with key individuals across your portfolio

• Support on the budget process, understand actuals and potential variations

• Review and approval of payments put together by Accounts Payable

• Assist with FBT and monthly BAS

To be considered, you will be CA/CPA qualified or part qualified, you will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and have direct prior experience in a client facing role. You will be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
