We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Account Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and driving growth across our dealer and retail network.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities across our Australian-built trailer and livestock equipment range. You’ll work closely with management and production teams to ensure customers receive the best service, support, and follow-up in the industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned customer accounts across multiple regions
Use Pipedrive CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings
Identify and close new business opportunities
Provide accurate reporting and feedback to the management team
Proven account management or sales experience (essential)
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Reliable and self-motivated with excellent follow-up discipline
Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
Current driver’s licence and own transport required
Strong organisational and time management skills
