We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and help drive continued growth across our industrial and trade customer base.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across construction, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, and industrial sectors.

This is a relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and delivering practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio

• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new business

• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

• Provide product advice and solutions across steel and industrial supply products

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

• Achieve sales and margin targets

About You

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales

• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in steel, industrial supplies, manufacturing, or construction industries is highly regarded

• Valid driver’s licence
