About the role

R&E Presbitero Pty Ltd, trading as Cafe 63 Riverway Plaza and Willows, is seeking experienced full-time Cooks (38 hours per week) to join our vibrant team at Cafe 63 Riverway and Willows in Townsville, QLD. The successful applicants will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for skilled hospitality professionals to showcase their culinary talents and contribute to the success of our thriving cafe.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, cooking and plating a variety of dishes from our diverse menu
• Ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhering to all food safety and health regulations

Salary and benefits;

1. Full-time position: 38 hours per week, salary package of  $79,423 plus superannuation per annum.
