Located on the banks of the Murray River near Mildura,  Trentham Waters Resort is a premium dining and accommodation destination in regional New South Wales, known for its seasonal menus, relaxed luxury, and strong connection to local produce. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, supportive kitchen environment and be part of an exciting resort destination in a unique regional location.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated section during prep and service 
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard and in line with menu specifications 
• Assist with prep, stock rotation, and service efficiency 
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times 
• Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team

• Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen 
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food 
• Ability to work weekends and busy service periods 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
