The Opportunity

Prabh Pty Ltd trading as Snap Car Wash is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can support financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and business performance analysis across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Monitor and analyse business performance, profitability, and financial results.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyse operating expenses, labour costs, and revenue trends to support cost management.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial information and reports to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies. 

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant, or similar accounting role.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
