We are looking for an ambitious Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing studio. This is a true end-to-end opportunity where you will gain comprehensive exposure across design development, documentation, and coordination with builders and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute to concept design development by assisting with design proposals, exploring design options, and preparing preliminary design documentation under the direction of the Director.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawings and documentation using Revit across Development Application (DA), Complying Development Certificate (CDC), and construction documentation stages
• Interpret plans, specifications, planning regulations, building codes and relevant Australian Standards.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, technical working drawings schedules and specifications for residential and commercial building projects.
• Attend site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and gain an understanding of how design concepts are translated into completed projects.
• Attending and contributing to client meeting across all project stage
• Producing renders and visualisation to communicate design ideas to client 
• Coordinating with consultants and suppliers as projects move through delivery

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or higher in Architecture/Building Design/Architectural Drafting
• 2-3 years of residential drafting/design experience
• Comfortable in Revit and keen to develop further
• Working knowledge of the NCC, council requirements and relevant codes and standards
• An eye for design and genuine interest in materiality and detail
• Adobe Suite proficiency
• Collaborative, curious and motivated to grow
