We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Touriandi Limited in Bingara, NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our elderly residents. Task & responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care needs of our residents; administering medications and monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to our team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers; maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational policies.

Qualification & experience
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the aged care sector
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience working in the aged care sector
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing person-centred, evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
