Task & responsibilities

• Providing professional table service to guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Setting up and clearing dining areas
• Processing payments and handling customer enquiries
• Assisting with venue operations as required

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience as a Waiter, Food and Beverage Attendant or similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Wine knowledge highly regarded
• Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
