Task & responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily operations on our charters/events, ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, local laws, and company policies
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training
• Handling guests' inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience
• Managing day-to-day operations of the cruise, from staffing to inventory management. 
• Ensuring the cruise complies with health and safety regulations

Qualification & experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• At least Diploma in relevant field is required
• Experience in leading a team
• Team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive communication skills, energy, and attitude
• Willingness to attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for personal and professional development as required
