Key Responsibilities
- Supervise food and beverage service across dining areas
- Ensure customers are served professionally, efficiently and promptly
- Supervise, coordinate and train waiters
- Monitor service standards and assist staff during busy service periods
- Manage stock control
- Balance cash registers and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation
- Exercise appropriate patron care and ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards across service areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards and operational concerns
About You
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality food and beverage service (at least 12 months of full-time experience)
- Strong leadership, communication and staff training skills
- A sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol, hygiene and food safety standards
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Please note that this is not a FIFO position. Applicants must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the South West region of Western Australia.
This is a long-term position, and we are seeking applicants who are genuinely looking to commit to the role on an ongoing basis.
