Looking for a experienced person to help run the business with the owner - must have done a similar role before. Managing 100 restaurant 100 seat function room and cocktail bar - 20 staff with rosters and training - beverage menu costing and planning - stock take - promotions - experience with XERO - NOW BOOK IT - SQUARE POS. The business needs an overhaul from new staff to working policies and procedures - WHS controls. Ordering beverages and leasing with reps.
Must have relevant qualifications and at least 3 years experience
