We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Gold Coast cleaning business. In this role, you will manage office systems, coordinate scheduling and client communications, support the leadership team, and help ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You will act as a key point of contact between staff, clients, and management, helping to maintain efficiency, organisation, and a high standard of service delivery. Task & responsibilities

-Take part in strategic discussions about how office services are delivered, helping to establish standards and priorities for the team

-Decide how staff, physical space, and equipment are distributed to meet day-to-day operational demands

-Delegate duties across the team and keep track of individual performance and output

-Keep the office's financial records and account documentation organized, up to date, and accurate

-Act as the main point of contact with Professionals, coordinating shared business matters and stepping in to resolve any issues that come up

-Keep equipment in good working order and make sure supplies never run short

-Follow workplace health and safety rules and make sure the office environment stays compliant

-Check that day-to-day operations align with current laws, company policy, and internal procedures

-Handle staff-related processes — from hiring and promotions to payroll, training, performance reviews, and overall supervision

-Experience using Service Fusion (or a similar rostering/scheduling system) and Xero accounting software is required.

Qualification & experience

Minimum of 12 months' relevant experience in an office management or senior administrative role is required. 

A qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma or higher.
